Warm smiles and colorful scrubs - that's what you'll notice first when you meet Jody, our talented dental hygienist. Born and raised right here in sunny Orange County, Jody has deep roots in our community and a genuine passion for helping people. Dentistry runs in her blood, as her mom was a dental hygienist too. Growing up, she witnessed firsthand the positive impact her mother had on people's lives through their smiles. Inspired by this legacy, Jody followed in her mom's footsteps to make a difference in the world of dental health. What truly sets Jody apart is her unwavering commitment to building great relationships with her patients. She understands that visiting the dentist can be a source of anxiety for many, and she's dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Jody’s mission? To transform teeth cleanings from a mundane task into an enjoyable and even relaxing experience. Outside the office, you might be surprised to learn that Jody is a die-hard football fan, she loves taking spin classes, and she spends her weekends at the beach with her friends and family.

Elizabeth is our Director of Customer Relations and Billing Coordinator. She serves as a liaison between patients, clinical and support team, and the billing department. Her passion comes from a family full of dental techs. She explains that she remembers family dinner conversations were never like any others, and how hers consisted of oral surgery, orthodontic, and general dentistry treatment stories. When she was finally old enough, she was excited for her first summer job in a dental office, and has enjoyed the dental industry since. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and, upon graduation, she was recognized by the International Honor Society in Business. We are honored to have Elizabeth’s talent, knowledge, and sincere passion as an essential component of our team’s approach to excellent customer relations.

Sarah is our Front Office Manager. Her objective is to provide the dental office with extra support as needed. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science, she plays a key part in tech support, online presence, and managing patient accounts. She works closely with Elizabeth to answer any patient questions about billing, financial payment options, and scheduling. 

Victor has been Dr. Agarwal’s Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant for nearly a decade. As the doctor’s right-hand man, Victor is very detail-oriented, time-efficient, and an essential part of our team. He is also fluent in Spanish to help translate for those in need.
